This page explains how Small Refrigerated Trailer Rental Association LLC (“SRTRA”) handles information you send through srtra.com.

What we collect

When you use a form on this site (founding-member interest, trailer request or contact), we receive what you enter, such as your name, business name, email, phone, location, fleet details, rental needs and messages. Our hosting provider may also keep basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to you, to talk with you about SRTRA membership, and, for trailer requests, to pass your request to SRTRA member businesses near you so they can contact you. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Sharing

We never sell your information. (See the text message section below for how we handle mobile numbers.) Trailer requests are shared only with SRTRA members who may be able to fill them. Form submissions are stored by our website and email providers so we can receive them.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, Small Refrigerated Trailer Rental Association LLC (SRTRA) may send you text messages about your inquiry, trailer requests, membership and account updates. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of membership or of any purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, and you will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@srtra.com or (260) 421-3333. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from all information sharing described on this page. We may share your number only with service providers that help us deliver messages, and only for that purpose.
